Return and Refund Policy

We are not Required to refund or replacement if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.

But we can choose a refund if an item has a major problem. This is when a item :

 1. Has a Problem/Fault that would have stopped someone from buying an item if they had known about it.   

            2. Is Unsafe.

 3. is Significantly different from the sample or description.

 4. Doesn't do what it is suppose to do.

Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g your receipt (This is required).

Our Policy

As well as fulfilling the consumer law requirements, out of good will to our customers we will also provide the following.

    Where goods are not faulty an exchange or store credit may be given

            1.  where goods are new and have not been used.

            2. where goods  are not a personal hygiene, bedding or clothing item.

            3. where goods are in original packing.

            4. and you can provide a proof of purchase.

For faulty goods that we are unable to test in stores, we retain the right to have them sent away for testing before a refund or replacement is provided.
